What is Sound Healing?

Sound baths is a form of energy healing that uses different vibrations of a crystal sound bowls to realign dissonance within the body and realign dis-ease.

Sound creates resonance, our bodies carry dissonance; when merged together they create constructive interference.  The interference from the frequency of the instruments (in my case sound bowls, shamanic drums, and Koshi chimes) realign any misaligned energy/vibrations/frequencies within the body. In result, creating a harmonization from within.

Some people experience deep emotional release, vivid visualizations, colorful auras, and/or extreme relaxation.

The best thing about sound baths is it allows you to truly surrender and let go. Typically we are so busy being busy we never slow down enough to just be.  My sessions are extremely powerful and activating. See what my clients say!

The Vibrations of Emotions

We all learned in our science classes that everything is made of atoms. Quantum physicists discovered that atoms are made of subatomic particles, which continually vibrate at certain frequencies bounded by energy.  If we understand this concept then we understand that atoms make up matter. Since we are matter, we are made of energy.

It has also been proven that our thoughts and feelings produce energy, which trigger vibrations. Everything vibrates at a different level, including feelings. Have you ever read the studies by Dr. Emoto's Water Experiment???  Emotions that we consider uncomfortable, or unpleasant, vibrate at relatively low levels. Emotions that most people find pleasant and joyful vibrate at higher levels.

Sound Healing allows us the opportunity to surrender and receive. It gives us permission to let go; therefore increasing our inner peace from within, calming our mind, decreasing anxiety, and releasing and realigning all auric fields of the body.
